1. Who we are

The Service is published by the MyMenu / MonMenu team.

2. The Service

MyMenu / MonMenu uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized weekly meal plans, recipes and grocery lists based on the information you provide (for example household size, tastes, allergies, diet and budget). The website is an information site offering articles, weekly meal plan pages and free cooking tools, without an account.

We may change, improve, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We will try to inform you in advance of significant changes that affect a paid subscription.

3. Important: AI-generated content, health and allergies

Meal plans, recipes, nutritional estimates and other content are generated automatically by AI and may contain errors or omissions (for example incorrect quantities, cooking times or ingredients).

The Service does not provide medical, dietary or nutritional advice and does not replace advice from a doctor, dietitian or other health professional. Consult a professional before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or follow a medical diet.

Allergies and intolerances: even if you declare allergies or dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee that generated content is free of a given allergen. You remain responsible for checking every ingredient and product label, for food safety (storage, cooking temperatures, hygiene) and for the suitability of meals for you and the people you cook for.

4. Accounts

The website does not offer user accounts. Where the iOS app offers an account, you must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at contact@maxvyr.xyz if you suspect unauthorized use.

The Service is intended for people aged 15 and over.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data by contacting us.

5. Free version, Pro subscription and meal credits

The app can be downloaded and used for free with limited features. An optional paid subscription ("MyMenu Pro" / "MonMenu Pro") unlocks additional features. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple's App Store (in-app purchase) and are governed by Apple's terms. They renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

Nothing is sold on the website. Until October 2026 the website offered a web app with meal-credit packs paid through Stripe; this web app has been discontinued. If you bought credits and have a question about that purchase, contact us at contact@maxvyr.xyz. If purchases are offered on the website again in the future, their specific conditions will be presented before payment.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): for purchases made through the App Store, Apple's terms and policies apply, including regarding the right of withdrawal and refunds. For purchases made directly from us, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies under the conditions set by law; for digital content or services supplied immediately, it can only be lost where the law allows it, in particular if you expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of this right at the time of purchase.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit (for example preferences, recipes or notes). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display this content solely to operate and improve the Service, including sending it to our AI and hosting providers.

In the app, some content (for example grocery lists) may be shared with people you choose. Do not share content you do not have the right to share. You are responsible for your content, and we may remove content that breaches these Terms or the law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; scrape or automatically extract content or AI outputs at scale; circumvent usage limits or payment; or use the Service to create harmful, hateful or misleading content.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, brand names (MyMenu, MonMenu), logos and editorial content (articles, tools, meal plan pages) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes.

Subject to these Terms, you may use the meal plans and recipes generated for you for personal purposes.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Apple (App Store and in-app payments), Stripe (billing of meal-credit packs previously sold on the website), hosting providers and AI model providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms, after notice when possible. You may stop using the Service at any time; to end a paid subscription, cancel it in your App Store settings.

11. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to your particular needs.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, or for damages resulting from your use of AI-generated content without the checks described in section 3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or your statutory rights as a consumer (including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services).

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we will inform you in the app, on the website or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.

Please contact us first at contact@maxvyr.xyz so we can try to resolve any issue amicably. If no amicable solution is found, you may also use a consumer mediation procedure. Failing an amicable solution, the competent courts will be determined by applicable law.
