4 cups broccoli florets

2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp fresh ginger
3 cups cooked brown rice

Preparation

Step 1

Thinly slice beef flank steak against the grain. Toss with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil.

Step 2

Stir-fry beef in a hot wok in batches until seared, about 2 minutes per batch.

Step 3

Stir-fry broccoli florets with garlic and ginger for 3 minutes. Add oyster sauce and a splash of water.

Step 4

Combine beef and broccoli. Portion into containers over steamed brown rice.
