3 anchovy fillets
1 egg yolk
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 lemon
⅓ cup olive oil
½ cup Parmesan, shaved
3 slices day-old bread

Preparation

Step 1

Make croutons by tossing cubed bread with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Blend anchovy fillets, garlic, Dijon mustard, egg yolk, lemon juice, and Parmesan. Slowly drizzle in olive oil to emulsify.
