2 cups snap peas
1 red bell pepper

2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
Steamed rice

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and devein shrimp. Toss with cornstarch, salt, and white pepper.

Step 2

Heat sesame oil in a wok over high heat. Sear shrimp 2 minutes per side, then set aside.

Step 3
