6 bone-in chicken thighs
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Sear skin-side down in a hot skillet for 5 minutes until crispy.

Step 2

Flip and cook another 3 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.

Step 3

In the same pan, cook minced garlic, then add honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Simmer 2 minutes.
