Ingredients

2 racks baby back ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Remove membrane from the back of the ribs. Rub generously with a mixture of brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Wrap tightly in foil and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 2.5 hours.

Step 3

Unwrap, brush with BBQ sauce, and grill or broil for 10 minutes until caramelized.

Step 4

Let rest 10 minutes, then cut between the bones and serve with coleslaw.
